  Went here with my son before work after placing an order due to pick up at 11:35. Got there, my order never arrived as received because they reset the order machine, therefore inconveniencing me taking my money which I now will have dispute, she made me wait for 30 minutes bc the order said it was picked up. Had to call her manager to figure it out. w my child was running around inpatient (half the sandwhich was for him btw) and then I left fighting tears so I didn’t make a scene with my child in their store bc she informed me she reset the machine and I’d have to reorder. (I also had to get to work!) As a manger myself, I would have made the sandwhiches but she clearly didn’t want to make them. She said on the phone”I’d make it if I knew we were getting paid for them” I would’ve made MY mistake right. Very upsetting and will not be back here. The young man however was respectful and it didn’t seem to be his fault.

  Greeted coldly, no customer inside. Proceed to talk with coworker, asked for my order, ring the sandwich and hand me the product without tissue paper or even bother to put in the paper bag.. told me have a nice day though hence the 1 star

  Don’t bother doing a mobil order. The young girls that work there will not add your condiments out of pure laziness. I ordered my sandwich with mayo, oil & vinegar, and salt and pepper and it had zero of these condiments or spices when I got it.

  Aidan was so great! We went 45 min before close, worried because some places get upset. He practiced great customer service and our sandwiches were delicious.
