    This facility will not let you go inside and sit. All you can do is drive through or order and sit in your car at the car ports. That is ridiculous. There's no reason for them to not allow someone to eat inside. I won't be revisiting this one and maybe not others if this is how you run your locations. And takes forever to get your food. Was cold when it came out

    The service here is always a trainwreck. Idk if it's a franchise or a corporate store, but if it's a franchise, there needs to be some intervention. Placed a mobile order, after waiting at a stall, moving to another, and then a third after the app kept showing an error, they start telling everyone to get into the drive thru line. At this point, we just would have preferred to cancel our order, but this was no longer an option due to the amount of time we waited at the stalls. When we got to the window, it was clear they were not only having tech issues, but were severely understaffed for the volume. The (I assume) manager was printing out all the orders to attempt to help them catch up, and it looked like she was holding a book. She was simultaneously taking orders and servicing at the window. My wife received a lg water instead of the soda she ordered and all the toppings we paid for in my milkshake were missing. After this whole process taking over 45 min, we decided not to go have it corrected.

    Service was a bit slow and not sure if the stalls are open or closed as there were no cars there , but the food was good as always 🤗

    I experienced very poor customer service at this location. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, I was threatened with having my order canceled instead of receiving help. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I have everything recorded on my dash cam and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB regarding this incident. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
