  We just got back from the Caribbean last month and my 9 year old had oxtail for the first time from a local place and she loved it and asked how we can get that same meal in CT. The answer was Jamaican kitchen. Oxtails were legit and I will be back to try the curried goat next time. Keep up the great work.

  Just tried this place and was so blown away I had to leave a review. I haven't had food this good in so long I can't remember the last time -- incredible. Will be adding Jamaican Kitchen to my go-to food places!

  yeah i’m done ordering from here. my husband enjoys their beef patties which is fine but i like to order their fried chicken and every. single. time. i ask for dark meat, they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience and give me whatever pieces they want (never dark meat btw). if you don’t allow customers to choose their preference then state that on your menu. i will never understand why they give such attitude over a leg and a thigh. ESPECIALLY the lady up front. my goodness. please do not go here unless you like being ignored and receiving terrible customer service.

  My husband myself and friends ordered pickup the other evening, when picking up the food the lady at the counter was very rude, seemed irritated, didn’t speak much English, they stated they were out of a lot of things we ordered no substitutions offered or refunds. Oxtail was underwhelming not tender, hard to chew. Jerk chicken was fair. Cheese coco bread was literally a cut bread with cheese slices inside (not melted at all) beef Pattie’s were okay. Overall the services was horrific and food was mediocre at best. Most likely not to return
