Great atmosphere with awesome customer service, the members of subway were polite and efficient. Overall completely satisfied with the service there. Management is doing a great job 👏

I drove all the way from Southington for a delicious sandwich, I walked in at 9:05pm and even tho its clearly posted open until 9:30pm I was refused service! You are my favorite food chain but that's pretty messed up driving out of my way just to get denied my sandwich!

I usually don't have issues ordering for a pickup order. However my last order they ignored the extra mayo by giving none at all, and almost no Baja sauce was added. not a huge ordeal but at these prices I would expect just alittle but better service.

On Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at 7:40 PM a friend of mine and I were in the mood for Subway well, we opened the door to enter and my friend asked the male teenager worker if you guys were closed. The worker was mopping at the time. He told us that that Subway was closed. I thought your Subway closed at like 9/9:30 PM? I definitely been here before on a Sunday, I'm really confused! Especially since the hours are posted outside of the door. I feel like he just lied because he was mopping and didn't want us the mess up the floor or something. Like I said it was 7:49 PM. I will definitely understand if you guys had to close early for personal reasons. It's just how he went about it. I'm sorry to complain. I'm just letting you know just in case he wasn't supposed to do that. I doubt he is the business owner or has the authority to making that decision to close the restaurant early! Also, if the restaurant is closed the door should ALWAYS be locked!!!! I also doubt that money in the register is his! I don't know him , but from how he acted he's very irresponsible!!! 🤯 I will definitely be coming back but not on Sunday nights again. This is my first bad experience here so far. 🍀

Was very disappointed today. I went to get a meatball grinder the way I've had from you before and barely got a snack. The size is nowhere near what it used to be. The roll was shockingly small as were the meatballs which did not fill it properly. The girl behind the counter while yes was quick needs to pay more attention to the customer while they are talking to her. I asked the price and without waiting to hear if I wanted it just started making it. I had to stop her and ask again. Another custo.er came in and instead of cashing me out and then starting his order she put mine down and started his order over his Insisting she should cash me out she put mine down and started his saying it was easier dor her that way. Very disappointing service and very disappointing grinder. Go back to the large size grinders you used to make snd redo some training
