I don’t usually do bad reviews especially to what was my favorite McDonald’s location but tonight I placed a mobile order . They forgot one of my sandwiches so me not trying to start a problem. In line . I went ahead and tried to pay for another sandwich (the one they forgot . The rude manager decided to stop the cashier and tell him no we’re not doing an added order . I told him it was already paid for and I paid for it again and you’re refusing to give me one single sandwich when I was the one going out my way to pay for something they forgot and I didn’t even drive off . He then proceeds to yell saying I need to go back around and wait in line when he easily could have just passed me the bag that was literally already ready . The cashier knew The manager was doing too much so the cashier decided to hand me my one sandwich thst the manager could have easily done . The older Caucasian gentlemen needs to be disciplined And retrained on how to be a manager and the cashier that handed me my food without any problem when the manager was acting like it was such a big problem, which was their fault to begin with needs to get a raise for doing the “managers job .

Please clean your store, I left, didn't order, it was dirty. Order screens smeared with a dirty towel and the toilet was backed up.

The audacity to say we will be right with you, then come in the microphone 2 minutes later and say yeah we’re closed. I’m not asking for much but don’t say we’re open then tell me 2 minutes later you’re closed.
