    Ordered a medium iced coffee which could’ve been a small the amount they put in my cup! And the attitudes, definitely won’t receive service with a smile here

    This place has the rudest employees the most prejudice managers and the staff is mad disrespectful. They lock the bathrooms and say they are broken every day. To 5 year old children and adults. This is an every day happening here. Worst McDonald's I've ever been at in 55 years

    most recent trip, i went through the drive thru and placed my order. pulled up and paid and got asked to wait in a spot while my food was being finished. it was during peak lunch hours so i wasnt overly concerned although all i ordered was the snack wrap meal and a mcdouble. after waiting for 45 minutes, and being told repeatedly but the gentleman bringing out the food that my order "will be just another minute" i went inside and learned that even after paying my order was never put through to the kitchen. this isnt the first time this exact thing has happened at this location with the exact verbage.

    They completely ignore you. The girl didn't give me my 3 doallers an fifty cents back cus she closed the draw , so she had to get a manager to open draw.. she took 17 minutes an she wasn't busy cus I saw her standing there in the back.. she wouldn't make eye contact or look back an say I'll be right there.. she just carried on with her conversation with another employee.. I already got my food. Finally I said hey is she coming an the girl just shrugged her shoulders. I'm telling you it's like this every time an the only reason I go back is because I live on that side of town.. for real read the other reviews.. lol there is not one good one one
