- DSDistant StarOct 22, 20253.0I go this Dunkin more often than the others in town because it is close to my job. This used to be the best Dunkin in town but it has been going a little downhill in my opinion. More order is wrong more and more and I order the same thing every time. Sometimes it isn’t even the type of drink I ordered. I order a latte and sometimes they just give me an iced coffee. Sometimes it just doesn’t even taste right like they didn’t put in the amount of extras I asked for in it. But sometimes it is so so good. Really depends on which crew is on. Also the employees seem to talk a lot which may explain some of the mistakes. I’m glad they get along but they can also focus on the orders a little better maybe. Over all, I like this Dunkin but it seems to be slipping in quality a little and I hope that it can return to being the good good Dunkin I know it can be.
