- JPJamie PintoNov 19, 20251.0We ordered a few pizzas the night of 11/14/25 and received one with some strange dirt ball looking thing on the pizza. See the photos attached. It looked like a ball of dirt and roots from a plant, it was bigger than a quarter. It looks like it was not baked into the pizza, it was placed on top. It was shedding dirt all over the pizza and was on about 3 slices total. We called and the man on the phone was extremely rude and insinuated we were lying. We offered to send photos to show them what was on the pizza, or if he wanted to send a driver out we could show the driver. He told us he would NOT refund us, but he would replace the pizza if it was A WHOLE pizza. We couldn't do that because 2 slices were eaten before we noticed (it was a mushroom pizza so it blended in at first glance). He then asked us, "so why are you even calling?" multiple times. And then kept asking "what is the problem?" Finally he just decided to hang up on us. Mistakes happen, we weren't mad at first, but the way the man handled it was insane! 3 out of the 5 people in our group work as customer service reps so we were especially appalled at how he handled it. The photo of the paper plate was after we picked up the ball of dirt and you can see all the dirt that shed off of the dirt ball
