I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a so-called certified trainer named Sonya, and she is the reason I will never return to this location. Instead of handling a small, easily resolved issue with professionalism, Sonya chose to escalate it into a scene in front of a store full of customers. She was openly disrespectful, belittling, and condescending, raising her voice and making the entire situation completely uncomfortable for everyone around. What should have been a quick and simple visit turned into a public spectacle, all because of her unnecessary attitude. For someone in a training or leadership role, her behavior was the opposite of professional. Yelling across the store and treating customers this way is unacceptable. It speaks volumes about the management and standards of this Chipotle if this is the type of person they have representing their brand. There are plenty of other places to eat in the area, and I strongly suggest staying far away from this location. No one deserves to be treated the way I was here. Chipotle should be embarrassed to have someone like this wearing their name tag.

I think they also ran out of cheese because the quedasilla barely had any as well as my Bowl LOL I mean really so sad they do that. I order through uber eats and it sucks they do this . Also the steak on my bowl was cut into the tiniest pieces ever. TERRIBLE.
