  I was trying to stop in on my way to a friends house. Instead of waiting on other fast food I wanted to time the tracker app on the way. I did curbside pick up and tipped them 15% ($4) I thought that might boost a little extra service. WRONG I get there check in, everyone there is kind of laughing and joking not really paying attention or working. Ok give it a minute, 2 at 5 I get out of the car and go inside. Mention my order, it was ready they grab the stuff. I said it was supposed to be curbside, Employee says “you need to check in for that”. I clarify I had which he then confirms and say “oh yea sorry we missed it”. Ok it Happens life right. Until this is the “hand tossed” pizzas I paid for. With the cheesy bread with no marinara. Do NOT do business here. They must have been running out of dough or something I dk. But it even ended up sticking to the box and becoming a huge mess. It’s one thing mess up and fix it, it’s another to not give a flying Fig. They literally didn’t at all. If I owned this store I’d clean house and start over this staff is not only incompetent, they don’t care as such they shouldn’t be employed. I won’t know because I’ll never be back. Chunky Tomato Right next store has AMAZING pizza. I was in a rush don’t rush, and miss out because even the expectation of a few minutes saved is too much here.

  I ordered a pizza for my kids this afternoon, but when I got home, they received the wrong one. The kids thought it was wrong but were too hungry to wait. I called Domino's to report the mistake, hoping they’d avoid it in the future, without expecting a refund. Unfortunately, the employee was rude, questioning if I wanted a free pizza just for a mistake. Frustrated, I raised my voice, wanting an apology and perhaps a free upgrade next time. When I asked for the manager, the employee claimed to be one but was unhelpful, introducing himself as "Happy," which felt ironic given his attitude. Service industry employees must prioritize customer care. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have sufficed instead of rudeness.

  Everytime I call to adjust my order, due to online not having an option. They always give me attitude. Or claim “they will look into it”. When I order online there is no option to add extra ingredients onto the pastas. I usually call to make this adjustment and tell them to charge my card for the additional ingredients. However they always give attitude. Or say they “can’t do it”. When I have done this at other locations with no issue. Customer service needs to be worked on. And laziness is a big issue.

  💩 Food 💩 Service These people cant cook, can't get orders incorrect and straight up hate life lol. They messed up my food and gave me some 🤢bs that wasn't even on my receipt which I even sent them. These crazy people start shouting on the phone and im just over it. Just trying to warn yall amd say, this place ain't it. Just look at the other reviews 😂thankfully the app reimbursed me dummies. The date this happened March 16th 2026
