  I ordered a simple Classic Chicken sandwich, grilled and I had to pull over to the side because my order wasn't ready. It took almost 10 minutes, and I ordered online! I ordered well in advance too. Just 1 item... Ridiculous

  Usually, the Bristol Chick-fil-A is on the ball. And the staff of course is always nice. But this was the first time we went late in the evening about 930. And we both got the Nugget meals and they were very very dry, which is unusual for Chick-fil-A. We certainly will go back, but we won’t go late at night like we did this time big difference in the Nuggets.

  Long wait times, was asked if I would like to try to new hibiscus sprite but had no idea I would be charged .70 more. Not a big deal, but would've been nice to know if I would be charged anything extra.

  Food was great and I enjoyed the meal overall. The service was a bit slow, though. I also noticed that each time I’ve come here, one of the staff members seems to have an attitude toward her coworkers. I don’t remember her name exactly, but I think it started with a “Y.” She looks hispanic. She was pretty rude to a couple of the other employees, which stood out.

  I went to chick-fil-a recently and got a spicy chicken deluxe and medium fries. My food was very hot and fresh. Unfortunately the atmosphere was not great. There was a middle age lady in a blue shirt with a blonde ponytail, I couldn’t fully catch her name but from what I recall it started with a V. She was very rude to her coworkers and the guests around her. She had a constant attitude and kept rolling her eyes. Overall she was very unprofessional. It’s so unfortunate because the new location has a ton of potential. I didn’t have a bad experience with any other staff member. I hope this location takes their feedback seriously and has a talk with their staff.
