    Love how I place an order the day before the game, received confirmation, had the funds debited from my account and day of, order gets canceled by driver and store claims it’s just a system issue when I call and they tell me my order is just delayed and it’s just an app glitch. 3 hours later I call back as the game is halfway over and the store says my order was cancelled the same moment I placed it (Feb 7th) and yet again, the only thing I have is the debit from my account and a confirmation email and text saying my order was booked and on its way! Purposely ordered a day before and now I’ll need to file a dispute with my bank because store says I can reorder online or in person! Literally waited over 3 hours for food that was never coming and I still never received any sort of cancellation notice! This is just from an unenthused employee whose manager I never spoke to says my payment never processed on February 7th yet my back and email/text confirmation says otherwise! So the solution, I can reorder online or in person… Yeah, because halfway through the game I trust to place ANOTHER order and have ANOTHER debit from my account so this can happen again? Never order from this Wingstop! The preorder before the big game was a scam!

    We ordered at 440pm on a Saturday afternoon, we were a walk in. We spent about $50. We got a15pcs wing combo came with fries and 2soda's you choose your flavor coke machine is a free style machine. We also ordered a 5pcs tender which came with fries and a soda..fries are a large portion. The place is absolutely a smooth running establishment, everyone knows there job, employees were not on the phones, attentively focusing on getting the orders out. Handicap bathrooms and Very clean inside the waiting area or you can sit inside they have table and chairs. They also have a ramp on the right side of building..oh and the food and service 10 stars ********** You won't be disappointed ☺️

    Worst wings I ever tasted there’s no seasoning at all and the wings. They just dipped it in flavor and when you eat the wings and the flour come off then your taste no flavor.

    I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for over five years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked into the pickup area, there was only one customer ahead of me. Diana assisted that person, then looked directly at me and ignored me. Instead of helping me, she walked over to the cashier and served someone who arrived after me. After that customer left, she continued working and still did not acknowledge me at all. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been an isolated experience over the years. I’ve consistently had poor customer service at this location, and management really needs to reconsider who they’re hiring and how staff are trained. Customer-facing employees should want to be there and treat everyone with respect if someone doesn’t like the job, they shouldn’t be working the front. I sincerely hope management takes this incident with Diana into consideration and makes changes, whether that’s better training, better staffing decisions, or both. Customers shouldn’t be ignored, especially when they’ve been loyal for years.

    Last night I placed a order on Ubereats within one minute I canceled the order because of a mistake. When contacting Ubereats they said they can't refund the money because Wingstop had already accepted the order and that I had to contact them to get my food that I paid for. When I called and got to speak to the manager she was extremely rude interrupting me throughout the whole explanation. She claimed over and over that they didn't have my order and that she couldn't do a single thing for me. This isn't the first time having a issue with this store before, last time I ordered from there the food was dry.
