    The prices on the signs don't match what you're charged. The cashier said the prices were at least $2 more than advertised per item. This is illegal under Connecticut law. They're supposed to give you the item free of charge for up to $20 for consumable items once the price discrepancy is pointed out.

    It does not say limit two per customer meanwhile the Spanish red manager that has no name tag told me this and made me go around again when I already told her in the intercom I had three

    We went to the drive thru at 4:30pm to buy some charitable boo books and the red head female spanish manager with no name tag said that they don’t have any more boo books. Then we came back thirty minutes later and asked a different person if they had the boo books and they said yes they have two full brand new cases in the back and how much would we like to purchase. Basically she lied about charitable boo books. Everytime we go we get attitude from that exact manager. We are met with rudeness when we’ve been donating for a good cause.

    This wendy was the 1st location in gun smoke!!! allway on point staff magnificent today's management after 10 pm sucks staff should be demoted back to mop duty respectfully

    This facility was not clean and the customer service was terrible. How do you work at Wendy’s and not know how to make special advertised drinks. We ordered our food and they served four(4) customers who ordered after us before we got our food. Flys were everywhere and none of the condiments were stocked. The floors were so nasty, your feet stuck to the floor like walking on spilled syrup. Food was okay. Not the best experience with this Wendy’s.
