Once there was an onion in my damn coffee. This morning I asked for 2 egg and cheese on english muffin and they give me 2 sausage and cheese. I had to go back to this location multiple times on separate events to get what i ordered. They need better training, maybe different management since things havent gotten better there. They will give you 2 cold drinks but only 1 straw. Make sure if you go to this location you have everything you need before leaving the drive-thru!! Now they charge for extra sauces too and they didn't do that before. The employees are not on top of it and customer service could be WAY better. Usually not a problem for lunch/dinner but breakfast...they need to get it together.

The people working can’t even speak English and kept getting my order wrong. Avoid this Wendy’s. Go to the one in Stratford it’s way better
