The fufu itself was mild in flavor, but it paired very well with the sauce, which was excellent. The owner was very kind, and the ambience of the place was also very nice. One area that could use some improvement is the tenderness of the meat. The cow feet and the tripe were quite tough and difficult to chew. Iām not sure if this is part of the traditional preparation, but a bit more tenderness would really elevate the dish, since the meat is such an important part of the plate. Overall, I would love to come back and try it again, especially if the tenderness of the meat improves, because the flavors and atmosphere are already there. Food was very pricey š¼
