- LDLauren DiasFeb 3, 20261.0Girl working drive through window 2/3/26 at 3:00pm was extremely rude, I ordered hot matcha latte and when I got to the window she repeated the order to a co-worker but said “hot coffee” instead of hot matcha, my boyfriend politely corrected her, and she slammed the window on us and then proceeded to hand us a hot coffee. I didn’t realize until I had clocked into work. We were very nice so I’m confused. I also think it’s extremely dangerous to give people The wrong order out of spite, due to allergies and other factors. Will not be returning.

I asked the employee, Dwight, to read it back to confirm, and he assured me it was correct. When I returned to my office, every food item was wrong, and the quality was unacceptable — muffins overloaded with butter and other items either burnt or undercooked. I returned to the store for a refund and was assisted by Marcus. When I asked for confirmation of my refund, he said he did not know how to print a receipt and told me to take a picture. I explained that I did not have my phone with me. He responded that it was “not his problem” and told me I would need to come back at 8 a.m. when his manager was there. When I asked again for my receipt, Marcus began yelling at me to throw the food away while holding my original receipt hostage. He repeatedly told me to “get out of the store” and spoke to me aggressively in front of other customers. I was not given my receipt back until I complied. I left without proof that my refund was processed and felt extremely disrespected. This is not the first issue I’ve experienced at this location, and it’s clear there is a lack of professionalism, training, and management oversight. Very disappointing experience
