    Horrible anterior mente ya avia tenido problema en el Dunkin de la 280 Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604 y hoy fue mi mama yo estando en el teléfono escuche todo la q atiende por auto servicio fue bien malcriada y gritando se le pidio a alguien que hablara español y se nego pero cuando se le dijo que las colada de fresa estaban aguadas hay aparecio alguien que hablaba español pero luego volvio la cajera y con actitud dio la comida se le pregunto por la donuts porque no la avia visto le crito q mirara bien y le dijo una mala palabra y saco el dedo a la verdad que no se como acceptan a gente odiosa sin empatia asia los demos solo con falta de respeto

    This is the second time I have gone here and they have given me a wrong order absolutely ridiculous. received a coffee instead of a hot chocolate at the drive through omw to work and did not realize until I was ready to drink it at work. I do not drink coffee.

    From the manager to the staffers EVERYONE gives Exceptional Customer service the restaurant is always clean and the food and drinks prepared just the way you want it, THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS IN BRIDGEPORT, Great leadership from the Manager and it shows throughout that establishment, awesome people I Highly Recommend

    I ordered 2 bagels they were both hard as a rock and the cream cheese was sour bitter. Everything tasted old. Whoever the manager is they should be ashamed of serving this to the public, it tastes like they saved the bagels for days. Nothing was fresh.
