  HOOOORRRIIIBBBLEEEEEEEEEE. I walked in and waited 45 mins for a medium pizza, it was packed with people upset that their food was not ready, arguing, they do not wear gloves NOR wash their hands because I know they cannot wear gloves to flatten the dough, but come on! and all that waiting for the food to be trash!

  Domino’s has officially delivered the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. After waiting an absurd 90 minutes for my order, the pizza finally arrived—stone cold. When I called to complain, the manager couldn’t have been more unprofessional or rude. Instead of apologizing, he actually sent the driver back to demand the food in exchange for a refund, as if the situation wasn’t already ridiculous. The complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is astounding. I will absolutely never order from this location again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it at all costs.

  No compren aqui mal servicio hice un delivery tuve que ir a recojerlo a la calle por que no se quizo bajar el del delivery y cuando abro la caja de pasta ni papel por debajo un regero de aceite Don't buy here, terrible service. I ordered a delivery and had to go pick it up outside because the delivery guy refused to get out of the car. When I opened the box, there was no paper underneath and a trail of oil.

  I wish when you pay extra for cheese they add extra cheese. I just want the pizza that they advertise and I don’t mind paying extra for it, but they don’t seem to want to do that. If this looks like extra cheese to you then they should add an extra extra cheese option or a double cheese option. This is an explain of how much our society could care less about the quality of work. I was so busy yesterday working three jobs that this was my only meal and I was looking forward to treating myself. In my mind, I always have to be on edge because it’s a hit or miss if they will add the extra cheese that I paid for. It’s annoying because you tip 18% plus pay for extra cheese and you turn this free pizza reward into a $20 expense. It arrives and disappointed that your one meal all day does not meet your expectations. It’s frustrating to put 100% of effort working 3 jobs and someone can’t do something as simple as dropping more cheese when you’re tipping and paying extra for it. Maybe Dominios might not be glamorous but whose job is? Work is work and if you’re going to do it keep in mind that this might be the only thing someone ate all day so why not do it to the best of your ability. Bring some sense of joy in someone else’s life because it just might be worth it to pay it forward.
