  I usually would not write a review but my experience at this chipotle on 1/8/26 was awful. I walked in around 12 for some lunch they were out of almost everything so I waited for the chicken to be cooked about 6 to 7 minutes (no big deal) but during that time the staff was arguing with each other. I get it tensions were high but no need for foul language with customers there. I witnessed a guy walk out because of how frustrated he was with the wait. I then sat down to eat some food and they were all still going. I think this location could benefit from some training. There was a tall gentleman who was actually helpful.

  Dark, dingy and dirty, both back of and front of the house. Not sanitary here AT all. Where is corporate and health inspectors?Rude staff and Sloooooow. Food tastes cold, burnt flavorless and disgusting. Female manager condescending to other staff and rude to customers. Poorly run would not recommend.

  I just went into this location because I had the worst experience in stratford and i will never enter stratford location due to its extreme ghettoness ...customer service here in the bridgeport location is exceptional I met a girl name Denise another young woman little woman with glasses and there were so helpful and kind if I do go to Chipotle this is the location I will be going to thank you ladies for the exceptional customer service its really appreciated and professional 👏

  PLEASE HAVE A TALK WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE big girl in the front have a really unhappy attitude, lack of costumer servicer, no attention to detail, she wont even look at the costumer... I get it not happy with the job

  I don’t usually write Google reviews because it’s honestly just never that serious but this chipotle is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. There were certain food items missing, like cheese. Of all things, cheese. I doubt there wasn’t a single container of cheese left in the building, but instead that the workers were too lazy to replace it. The customer service was the worst i have ever experienced. I’m not expecting a 5 star service from a chipotle, but I’m not expecting to be spoken to as if I’m illiterate either. The one girl behind the register sat on her phone while a customer walked in to order, and when she saw no one else was going to make the bowl for her, she rolled her eyes, annoyed that she actually had to do her job. Not only that, there wasn’t a single fork in any of the 6 holders, the bathroom was out of order, and the store was all around messy. I don’t think I would be writing this review if the workers didn’t have such little respect for the customers. Also, be sure to have either exact change or a card, it’s not posted anywhere but you’re just supposed to know I guess.
