- TATerrince Autry3 days ago4.0New location in Bridgeport, and saw a ridiculous line fornthe drive thru, so went to check it out. Nonfetsil counter, so you cannot go inside to order. Preferred order from your car, and you what for the supreme friendly staff to bring your beverage. If you walk up, like I did, they will take your order and bring it to you. I felt sorry fornthe kids , though, since it's getting cold outside. Someone get them a heater! Lol

However, please invest in outside heaters for your bridgeport employees (orange location has them) it’s truly unfair for these ladies and gentlemen to be outside in this cold weather.

- AAANov 11, 20252.0Came here recently and the employees have no clue about what's in their drinks (not their fault if they weren't trained). If you have allergies I'd avoid going here. I asked what allergens were in their sauces/mixed coffee drinks and they handed me an allergen syrup and milk menu which literally doesn't help me at all? The drink menu does not state what's in each drink (sauce, syrup, milk, etc.) so you really have no clue. The allergen menu just states what each syrup or milk contains, it doesn't state which drinks use it. The safe options here are teas and basic coffee drinks like a latte or regular iced coffee. Super frustrating experience and probably won't be returning until they change this.

They both were super informative and nice and patient. The drive-through situation is not their fault. This is a super busy location already so please do not fault them. They are out in a cold serving coffees. They are really great people.
