A terrible service!!
The scheduled opening time is 10:45 AM. I placed online my pickup order at 10:37 AM, and it was supposed to be ready by 10:50 AM. When opening time arrived, I went inside and announced that I had an order; however, the staff just looked at me and said, "We're still getting things ready to start working." Other people began to enter, and they proceeded to serve two other customers while completely ignoring my order. I finally spoke up and said, "I placed a pickup order 15 minutes ago, and you still haven't made it—not do you seem willing to serve me." All the employees working at the time were women; they looked at me with a hostile attitude, as if to say, "We'll get to it whenever we feel like it." It wasn't until 11:00 AM that they finally started preparing the order I had placed 20 minutes earlier—an order that was supposed to be ready at 10:50 AM. They open the restaurant doors, yet they aren't actually ready to do their jobs. They made me feel terrible—not because my order wasn't ready, but because of the rude attitude with which they spoke to me. They offered no apologies, not did they politely ask me to wait; they simply displayed a bad attitude, served several other people ahead of me, and refused to make my order simply because they didn't feel like it. I have worked in the restaurant industry myself and have experience in the field; you must always maintain a positive attitude and treat customers with kindness. These employees, however, have a terrible attitude. I had a very negative experience at this establishment; the service is absolutely terrible.

La hora de abrir es según las 10:45 am y yo puse mi orden para recoger a las 10:37 am y estaría lista a las 10:50 am , se llevó la hora ser abierto entre y dije tengo una orden y solo
Me vieron y dijeron todavía estamos alistando las cosas para empezar a trabajar , y empezó a entrar personas y atendieron a 2 personas y mi orden no la hicieron y les dije yo puse una orden para recoger recoger hace 15 minutos y no la han hecho y no me quieren atender , todas las que estaban trabando eran mujeres y me miraban con una mala actividad y como diciendo la haremos cuando queramos , a las 11 am empezaron hacer una orden que había ordenado con 20 minutos de anticipación y estaba supuesta ha estad lista a las 10:50 am y abren el restaurante y no están listas para trabajar, me hicieron sentir mal , no porque no estuviera listo sino porque me hablaron con una mala actitud , no dijeron disculpa o por favor puedes esperar , simplemente tenían una mala actitud y atendieron antes a varias personas y mi orden no la hacían porque no se les dio la gana . Yo ya trabajé en un restaurante y tengo experiencia, siempre hay que tener una buena actitud y atender con amabilidad a los clientes . Pero ellas tienen una mala actitud. Tuve una mala experiencia en este lugar , el servicio es totalmente malo .
This location is ok if you go in person and order yourself. I ordered 4-5 times through the app and every single time something was missing from my order. The disappointment!! Didn’t happen only to me because I used to order with a coworker and same thing happened to her order, so beware.
This is honestly deplorable. Me and my brother come in about an hour before closing. We come in, and the lady serving us is extremely rude. She is literally throwing things around, (ex. launching the spoon back into the sour cream) smacking things and being very aggressive. As the other reviews i’ve seen, the staff do not have humanity. After this disgusting excuse for “customer service”, we sit down as we see there are chairs down still. As we start to eat, we are told that the lobby is closed (which we honestly should have been told way earlier) and we were getting ready to leave, as were yelled at again. So, we had to eat outside in freezing temperatures and then leave. Besides the lack of decorum and compassion from these “employees” (if you can even call them that), the facilities were disgraceful. They did not have half of their toppings, the kitchen looked awfully dirty and unkempt and it looked like nobody knew how to treat people and grab a rag to wipe down a kitchen. Quit your jobs if you don’t like them, people. Please get a manager if there or something in there to get some sense into the employees. DO BETTER.

Horribly managed, often lacking several ingredients and food prep line is never clean, instead speckled with drops of food. I feel bad giving this place just 2 stars because the workers are young, generallly kind and obviously over-worked and poorly managed; this place is always busy and it's obvious that the manager is not delegating jobs properly. However, after experiencing the same quality at this location, I have to let someone at the top know - hopefully some change will come. Whoever the store managers are, they need to be replaced.
The worst experience in a restaurant! Very bad customer service, they treated me and my mom rudely, they are not polite girls. And as for the food, they divided the portions badly, and they didn't even have sour cream or a variety of meats, they lacked education and ingredients. They should fire them and hire people who know how to treat people correctly. Very disappointed with chipotle 👎
