  They are Amazing. The employees are sooooo friendly and the drinks are great, I stopped going to Dunkin Donuts. And they always have a pup cup for my baby.

  Emma is my favorite 7brew employee she is 10/10 everytime I go to 7brew (which is every day) she makes my experience 10x better her energy is the literal definition of perfection she is always so happy always has a smile on her face and ALWAYS makes me and my fiancé feel so loved she deserves an amazing raise for her top tier customer service and her AMAZING ART WORK

  Let me just that Emma is the most bubbly person I have ever seen she made my 6hr drive worth it she was genuinely just a big ball of sunshine. Please give that girl a raise she deserves it

  I recently stopped at 7 Brew Coffee after hearing many positive things about the drive-through experience and friendly staff. Since it was conveniently located next to Starbucks, I decided to give it a try. After placing my order, a staff member brought my coffee to the car. I politely asked if she could dispose of a small piece of paper for me, as there was no visible trash can nearby. I was told, “we don’t take stuff from people,” and when I clarified that it was simply garbage, she repeated that they do not accept items like that. The interaction felt dismissive, especially as the response included a smirk before she walked away. If the policy is not to accept trash from customers, I would strongly recommend placing clearly visible garbage cans in accessible areas so customers have an appropriate place to dispose of small items. Alternatively, a more customer-focused approach in situations like this would go a long way toward creating a positive experience. I was looking forward to trying 7 Brew, but unfortunately this interaction did not reflect the level of service I expected. Back to Dunkin and Starbucks I go.
