  Best burger I’ve ever had. Over Easy burger was cooked perfectly and so delicious 10/10 I recommend.

  Ordered via Instacart and for some reason the app defaulted to the Branford location instead of the Old Saybrook location. I ordered the pretzel which was so hard it could barely be chewed and the cheese sauce that came with it was overloaded with flour to the point it had the consistency of jarred applesauce. My main dish was the buttermilk crispy chicken wrap. I took one bite and immediately threw it away. It was laden with grease and the “crispy” chicken was about 90% soggy breading. My son opted for the build your own burger with bacon. It was overcooked (he ordered medium and it was well) which is no big deal but it too was greasy and a little more than half of it was discarded. I’ve ordered and been to the Old Saybrook location several times and will continue to but I will never order from the Branford location whether take out or in person, again.

  We went to the Little Pub, Branford, CT; Excellent restaurant! The food is fabulous and the service is excellent!!! I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The manager Chris is amazing. Well done, even with a mistake of my order they gave me a new dish a corrected the situation. They were attentive and considerate, I would highly recommend

  This restaurant is my new favorite in the area. The food was amazing. Service, incredible. Atmosphere, great. Everyone at our table was super pleased with everything we ordered. The most notable being the meatloaf grilled cheese and the Rueben. We even had a slight hiccup with our order and Stephanie and Chris were right on top of it. Stephanie was super attentive and Chris was putting in a lot more work on the floor than I’ve seen out of most managers. It was just overall a really great experience. We will definitely be back soon.

  We heard good things..... unfortunately, they did not resonate in our visit. We decided to try this place because of word of mouth. However, when we got there we might as well have been invisible. Terrible service, unfriendly bartender (We were there Saturday mid afternoon.) and no chance at trying any of the food. We sat there for over 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged us and when he came over it felt like we were bothering him, he didn't even bring over menus. The drink I ordered which was supposed to be one of their house drinks, he couldn't make because he didn't have something that went into it, then we waited so long for service between the waiting for the menus and drinks that we had realized it had been almost an hour already. So when he finally came back to see if we wanted anything to eat, we simply asked for the check. So, 50$ bucks for 3 drinks that weren't even good and we left. The worst part is I have to write this review without even ever trying their food. Customer service is a thing of the past. Food is too expensive to be giving this kind of service. I'll take my money somewhere else.
