Employees seem to think it’s funny and laugh with eachother when your order is wrong or not ready when you get there. The entire staff is consistently unprofessional, the whole location is as dirty as can be, online orders are never ready regardless of how long you give them and 98% of the time the order is wrong or they ran out of something and decide not to communicate that with you. Nobody is ever held accountable noticing this happens every single time. As good as Chipotles food COULD be, it doesn’t matter if these issues persist (which they do). It’s simply not worth spending money at this location whatsoever.

It was clean, and now walking in there it’s a complete mess. The workers on the line don’t look nor greet you when you walk up to them they all look high and half asleep. The counters are always a mess, including the line where the food is prepared. The food quality is the only thing keeping this establishment going. Whoever is running this place needs to shape it up.
