  Falynn & Jackie are the absolute best, This is my favorite Dunkin in all of Connecticut order is always correct and the vibes are always great !!!

  CHOOSE THIS DUNKIN! Best Dunkin' in Branford. Always friendly with a fast drive thru, food cooked perfectly and most importantly, the coffee is always made correctly and stirred! If only they all operated like this.

  I asked for my usual med. Iced decaf with 6 creams and 4 pumps of caramel. The caramel was next to empty and the cashier was pumping and pumping with next to nothing coming out! Then added the cream and was getting ready to add the coffee. I asked her if she could replenish the caramel and make my drink over with the appropriate amount of caramel. She got an attitude, but made the drink, but made with regular coffe!coffee! I politely told her that was suppose to be decaf! Well, its safe to say she got a bigger attitude! Customer service has gone straight to hell! And it's really sad when you're spending your hard earned money!!!

  I order medium capuchin but there was literally no coffee only foam . So i pay $5 for empty cup
