I decide to give them a chance again because of staff changes. Yesterday I ordered a coffee with two of the mini bagels. Coffee was lukewarm, and the mini bagel was lukewarm. The staff doesn’t care about anything. They barely want to speak. The staff does not care about servicing the public, and the food that they prep and provide. The guy mumbles through the drive-through intercom. Never will I go there again. I will go to the Dunkin in Windsor CT Who have their ish together.
