I ordered four drinks, including a hot latte with butter pecan syrup and almond milk. When I got home, I discovered the latte was essentially a cup of creamer and syrup with no coffee at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially given how cold it was outside and the fact that I had no desire to go back out in the freezing weather to have it corrected. This Dunkin’ location needs to do better.
