  Cold sandwich, tasted like it was made 30 min ago. First bad sandwich ever. First and last at this location. Been my preferred fast lunch location.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I truly couldn’t tolerate it. This location is a newly opened, standalone store near Goodman St. and Cottage Grove rd Bloomfield, It was my first time at this drive-thru, and I ordered a Coffee Coolatta. This is a drink I’ve been ordering at other Dunkin locations for over a decade (it may now be called Frozen Coffee, but I still call it Coffee Coolatta out of habit). My original request was no syrup at all, because I don’t like sweet drinks. The staff member told me that the syrup is already in the drink and cannot be removed. I didn’t have time to go elsewhere, so I compromised and asked for no extra syrup and no whipped cream. However, when I got to the pickup window, I was handed a completely white drink, which was clearly not what I ordered. The staff member insisted that I had ordered a Vanilla Bean, but I was certain I had ordered a Coffee Coolatta. I politely asked her to remake the correct drink. At that point, her attitude noticeably changed. While waiting, my two children in the back seat saw the staff member roll her eyes at me at the window. I hadn’t seen it myself and originally thought she might just be annoyed at having to remake the drink. After a while, she handed me the drink. When I said “thank you,” she responded with a strange, fake smile and said: “Next time, please make sure you clearly say what you want when ordering.” The smile and tone were extremely unpleasant and clearly placed the blame on me. Mistakes can happen at any restaurant, but what made this experience unacceptable was their attitude, complete lack of professionalism, and attempt to blame the customer. This experience left me very disappointed. I will not return to this location, and this staff member shows no professionalism at all.

  This location is next to my home and I have never have had a problem with my orders. I normally go weekdays before going to work. I did go one weekend a few weeks ago, saw new faces and they were rude but 10 thumbs up to the staff there today and weekdays staff as well!

  On Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 2:32 p.m., I visited the Dunkin’ on Cottage Grove in Bloomfield, CT. I ordered four drinks, including a hot latte with butter pecan syrup and almond milk. When I got home, I discovered the latte was essentially a cup of creamer and syrup with no coffee at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially given how cold it was outside and the fact that I had no desire to go back out in the freezing weather to have it corrected. This Dunkin’ location needs to do better.
