I could barely hear the person taking the order, odd since it's a brand new renovated Dunkin only open less than 2 weeks since reno. I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. Got to the window the guy asked if I was the latte, I said yes. They bring me a large latte. I said I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. They said he charged you for a large latte and no water. Bottom line, I took the large and said forget the water since I hadn't been charged for it. Drove away, decided to check the cup. Large size cup only filled 2/3! So essentially they charged me for a large latte but gave me probably a medium sized latte in the large cup! They seriously need to get their act together! Service used to be way better there!

Being rude to customers is one thing but treating your employees bad who are the ones keeping the store running is another. This Dunkin’ location would be so much better if it weren’t for the manager. Instead of leading by example, she treats them with zero respect. A good manager should motivate and help their staff, but she does the opposite. It makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for both workers and customers. Dunkin’ deserves better leadership than this. I’ve witnessed this behavior 3 times now, is sad!
