  Customer service was awful today. Helping an older lady do cans and bottles, 25min still standing here waiting. One employee told me "I don't know where the guy is" and walked away. Customer service told me that they don't know where he is but can page him. The problem with that is, she never paged him. Possibly retrain people as the store isn't busy at all so it shouldn't be this impossible to get help. Just awful 😔 customer service.

  Almost every time I go in there I encountered some sort of problem. From no cashiers to problems with bottle returns. I bought a drink from Stop and Shop in Newington tried to return it to Berlin and guess what Berlin wouldn't accept it.

  I have lived in Berlin for over 16 years. I’ve never had any issues here and just recently I realized I didn’t have my strawberries or my spring mix for my rabbit when I got home. It wasn’t until a couple days later that I went to the service desk with my Trump hat and the teller had purple hair and I said oh great here we go she’s not gonna honor my order and I’m gonna have to get supervisors involved, but in fact, she honored my receipt gave me a store credit for my raspberries and spring mix and I was very happy and the rabbit was as well .

  Awful smell continues to be present near the deli and fish area. Do not use their deli. Every time we do the meat and cheese Is sliced horribly either shredded or to the point where we can’t separate the cheese slices from each each other. Recently ordered a half pound of ham - It was shredded to pieces - See picture below
