    Ordered toasted sandwich. Bagel never made it to any toaster. Went back and the kid working was great about it but I guess it would be the manager started screaming about "well she ordered a sandwich 11 minutes ago, if she wants a hot one she should make it at home". I did a mobile order from the gas pump at the same location. Totally unprofessional and DD needs to train there management better. Will never go back to this establishment again. There is a reason more and more people are turning to Starbucks.

    It seems every-time I order a Bagel from here it’s either not Toasted or it doesn’t have cream cheese on it. Maybe Dunkin should give out sides of cream cheese so we can do it ourselves.

    Horrible Rude customer service. I asked if they could swap out the waffel bacon for regular bacon because it was too sweet and when the cashier asked the cook she was told the kitchen was too busy to make any adjustments. " in her words -To leave a message after the tone." Then when I finally made a big deal for something that should been a simple fix the manager came out and made a general statement toward the customers and myself saying that the waffle sandwich comes with maple bacon. I'll never come here again.
