  So this place has went totally down hill i ordered a medium signature mocha iced latte and it was like water no whip creme had to go back and put it on asked for chocolate glazed and got chocolate frosted its like if im paying my money and this is your job why dont you know the difference between dounts and why can't you make a latte correctly !!!!!!!!! Im super frustrated 2 medium drinks half a dozen dounts a total waste of money will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

  Went in at 8:10pm on March 2 2026. The girl working was assisting a drive thru customer. It was not busy only the one car outside and myself inside. She looked at me 4 different times however never acknowledged that I was there by simply saying “be right with you” or “just a moment” completely unprofessional and rude if I say myself. I would have waited if she had made an effort. Walked out. Won’t be going back.

  Ordered toasted sandwich. Bagel never made it to any toaster. Went back and the kid working was great about it but I guess it would be the manager started screaming about "well she ordered a sandwich 11 minutes ago, if she wants a hot one she should make it at home". I did a mobile order from the gas pump at the same location. Totally unprofessional and DD needs to train there management better. Will never go back to this establishment again. There is a reason more and more people are turning to Starbucks.

  I never post reviews but this Dunkin is by far the best. They have a super friendly, quick staff! My pup Grace looks forward to saying hi to them every morning in the drive through!! Edit - the manager Simone, is so longer there. The lines are long. Coffee is bad. Food is half cooked. This place has to be the best but did a big 360 down hill. Please being back the “old employees”.
