- PPPuhup Chandra (PC)Apr 3, 20262.0I have had constant poor experience at this Chipotle before writing this review. The staff is not well trained and almost argues on every request. Multiple ingredients are not available several hours before closing time (just today cheese, salsa and brown rice were not available around 6pm). Staff making the bowl is careless and this causes contamination. I am a vegetarian and today when making a bowl before mine the girl contaminated Black Beans with Chicken and was casual about it. When I told her what has happened she removed the visible meat from the beans. I am sure she did not understand that this is not how it works. I cannot trust this Chipotle for vegetarian food. In the past I have had repeated instances of incorrect mobile orders and I find it only when I reach home. So now I don't place mobile orders and wait in the line. I go there as it is close to home and regret every time!
