Not only is that completely unacceptable, it shows they don’t respect the customer at all. For many people, including me, what we eat isn’t just preference — it’s belief, it’s principle — and they couldn’t care less. When I asked politely about the mistake, the staff’s attitude was nothing short of disgusting. Instead of apologizing or fixing their screw-up, they acted rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem. Excuse me? I’m the paying customer. You ruin my order, then you have the nerve to talk back? This is the most unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful service I’ve ever seen. If you can’t even prepare the most basic order correctly and treat customers with a shred of respect, you don’t deserve to be in business. Absolute waste of time and money
