- JDJessica Despierre3 days ago2.0I stop at this location because its on my way to work. Most times bagels are never toasted, more like warmed in a microwave, but I get past it because 9/10 times the coffee is good... but today I am 99% sure there was soap or some sort of cleaning chemical in my iced coffee. Maybe from the ice machine ? Or where they store the ice ? I immediately threw it out at work.

I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and didn’t realize until I got to work that my food was burnt beyond edible. The top of my avocado toast looked fine, but the entire bottom was completely black and burnt. Now I’m stuck at work with no breakfast and have to wait until my lunch break to eat, which defeats the purpose of ordering breakfast in the first place. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. Every time I go to this location, my food is made incorrectly. On a previous visit, I was given bacon that was burnt and clearly not edible. I had already gotten on the highway when I noticed and had to turn back. After waiting about 10 minutes, the replacement sandwich I was given had burnt bacon again. On top of that, the employee was rude and disrespectful, even telling me that if I wanted it made correctly, I would have to wait—after already waiting and paying for my food. I pay for my food like everyone else and expect it to be made properly and served with basic respect. Because of the repeated poor quality and rude service, I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate since it’s the only Dunkin’ in town.
