After years of experiencing this quality, I finally had to review today because I waited for 42 minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee. I got wedged between two cars so couldn’t even decide to pull around to go inside. When I got to the window, I saw one employee smoking on the sidewalk (which wafted into my car as secondhand smoke), three employees inside, and two customers inside. I have zero clue what the holdup was, but if they were that busy, why was an employee smoking? I can’t count on two hands how many times I’ve seen that. The drive thru line went almost to the main road, through the gas station. I let the male employee know what happened and he was apologetic but did not offer any explanation . It’s unfortunate that I now feel the need to drive an extra fifteen minutes to get to the Tolland dunkin.
