  A useless location that can't even get the items right on a delivery order no wonder why you can't retain employees easiest job in the world nobody goes to taco bell and even at night you can't deliver the right order God your current employees would melt in any other job experience because of how poorly you train them

  the floor was absolutely disgusting as well my feet were stuck to the floor. the health department needs to take a look in there. weird smell as well

  There was absolutely nobody in the store and maybe one person in the drive through. I went in to order my food, and I was waiting for a few minutes and then I was told to put it through the kiosk. So I did even though the store was completely empty and they were on their phones. And I waited for about 10 minutes, and I said, can I pay for my food? And she said it didn't go through the kiosk still while she was on her phone. So i'm not coming here again

  Ordered $40 worth of food for delivery. Cant blame the coldness of the food on DD but I can blame this location for the lack of quality/preparation of what I ordered. Charging almost $8 for a burrito supreme and have it looking like a cheese roll up is INSANE. Cheese casadila? Not cut, skimpy, cheese isn’t even melted. On top of that, I got a unsweetened iced tea and the driver handed me a Taco Bell cup with NO ICE, watery looking, take a sip and these people literally put tap water in a cup and sent the driver off. I understand these people work for minimum wage and don’t want to be there I’m sure but at least TRY to hire people that care about their jobs. The location in Waterbury is fantastic!! They do their food RIGHT. Ansonia has really fallen off. Get new management!!

  They stole ten bucks right off the bat. You need it that bad... keep it. I only had three twenties, told me I gave them ten. Could not open the drawer to prove. They Didn't know who the manger was. Then start making coffee after they gave me my order. And huffed about it like a spoiled teenager that I wanted them to actually make what I ordered. Never again after eating there since it opened!
