Workers treat you like garbage and won't ever acknowledge your presence, even if you've been standing there for a while. They removed the comfortable seats and the (fake) fireplace, which made the location a nice setting. Why??? That, at least, distracted you from the horrid service.

The loaded hash browns is supposed to be bacon cheese and hash browns, but in stead I either get a spoon full of cheese or no cheese. Y’all have to do better.
