- HPHeribert PfefferleMar 26, 20261.0The clerk at the fish counter was really rude after I asked him to cut two individual Atlantic Salmon portions because the pre-cut pieces are too big for us to eat. Then instead of weighing the two pieces he charged us the portions by piece instead by weight. You can see how small the pieces are we got compared to the pre-cut pieces at the store. This is fraud.

I have been shopping at this Safeway for the whole 3 years I have lived here. I know the front end manager Stephanie has left but the young lady that seemed to have taken over this past month (Kelsey) had done such a beautiful job. The front end never looked better. No clutter sitting around. It looked cleaner. Not messy. Candy full. Just really well maintained and taken care of. Even the morale was different. The employees upfront seemed happier, laughing, smiling and more engaged. A lot friendlier. Now the last couple of times I have shopped here it’s like a complete 360. It looks horrible! Not well kept what so ever! Come to find out y’all have a new front end manager named Tara and don’t get me wrong she is sweet as can be, but she doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. What happened?? Very disappointed Safeway! Don’t fix what isn’t broken. A huge mistake was made! Again, I never make complaints but this is very noticeable.
