  Probably the worst McDonalds Ive been to. Have been multiple times and each time something is either forgotten or messed up. High school kids run the place from what I gather and cant do the smallest thing correctly.

  I had a really good experience when I stopped by. It was definitely understaffed with mostly teenagers working on multiple different parts, but the kid who helped me was very good at his job. (Shoutout Ethan) The food was pretty good and fresh. Thanks all!

  Friendly staff. Clean. Slow service, which is normal at this location. I blame management, not the staff. Management needs to solve this. Burger and fries were good, but the crispy chicken sandwich was grisly and hard to bite through.

  3/21 at 1:30pm — Worst service experience at Woodland Park McDonalds drive thru. Used the app for an online order 30 mins before I arrived at the drive thru. First they attempted to short us a burger. I opened the plain burger which two bites in was FILLED with onion. I am allergic to onion. I threw up 7 since eating the two bites. And not just a couple of onions — like a fistful of onions. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers without pickles — the one they tried to short us, they put extra pickles on. I have said before that I will never eat McDonald’s again — the eagle has landed. My family and friends read my FB post earlier and most of them are already boycotting and now I join their ranks. It’s official — McDonald’s is the “Waffle House” of drive thru customer service.

  I usually enjoy coming to this McDonald’s because the customer service is normally good. Today, however, I had a disappointing experience. I placed my order through the McDonald’s app and went inside. I’ll take accountability that I may have skipped the line and went straight to the front window to verify my mobile order. There was a guy and a girl at the window who looked a little confused but didn’t say much. Shortly after, an employee named Keisha came over and spoke to me very aggressively and told me I needed to go around. I completely understand that she may have been trying to do her job and explain the process, but the way she spoke to me was very rude and had a lot of attitude. If someone is working in customer service, especially at a place that deals with customers all day, the communication should still be respectful. I enjoy coming to this location and normally have good experiences, but this interaction was not pleasant.
