    Decided to give this place one final chance. The staff just stared at me and never came to take my order in store. Avoid this store!!! All previous times, I've ordered through the drive-thru getting a chicken quesadilla combo. Every time, the cheese is still shredded and not even melted. By far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Don't spend your money here!

    We made an order and only received half our order. We went back in to fix it and staff seemed like they didn’t care and still didn’t receive the correct order. And they were really slow at the time.

    I was just at your Woodland Park location where I ordered a number two, which is advertised as three soft taco Supremes. What I received was three soft tacos. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met by someone claiming to be the general manager, who insisted that I pay the difference between soft tacos and soft taco Supremes in order to get the soft taco Supremes I originally ordered because they put my order into their system incorrectly and fixing that error would be a loss to the business’s bottom line that they couldn’t sustain to assist the customer by giving them what they ordered in the first place. When informed of how asinine this statement was when you’re supposed to be assisting the customer in fixing an error that you made, not the customer, my food was taken away and I was immediately issued a cash refund even though I didn’t pay in cash. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Taco Bell. This so called general manager shouldn’t be managing anything if he can’t handle a very simple customer service issue such as this. The entire issue would have been easily resolved if he had just given me what I had ordered instead of denying me the meal by throwing cash at me to get me to leave. All this over sour cream and tomatoes. I will never personally return to this establishment or recommend anyone patronize your Taco Bell ever again.

    Food has always been hit or miss but service has been good. Can only order on kiosk even though there were 7-9 employees behind the counter. I understand self serve ordering but wording with a person should be an option. No one inside or in drive thru when we arrived yet almost 15 min to get food. Then even the most basic things were wrong and some food was cold, some was warm, none of it was hot. A taco that come standard with pico had none and when I took it to get fixed it took 3 people and 3 minutes (after I had to wait a minute or 2 with 5 employees looking at me while doing nothing for someone to even ask what I needed) to get a cup of pico as if no one knew what it was. Nacho fries were ordered but received potatoes with some seasoning sprinkled on the top 2…. Was told “yeah, we don’t have those…. Then the chalupa was hard as a rock. So my 2nd trip back up I wait while they all look at me like deer in headlights and when I ask for a manager they act like I’m crazy. Manager was very pleasant apologized and had the chalupa remade. When asked about the nacho fries she too tells me they don’t have those but they “can’t remove from the self order kiosk”, but had no answer when I asked why I wasn’t told or there wasn’t a note on the kiosk she had no answer. Remade chalupa was hot and fresher but with minimal meat even for taco bell standards. It was 45 degrees tops in the dining area, absolutely freezing to be inside and ridiculous for any business with a dining area. 1 bathroom out of order and the other dirty enough I told my wife to not use it. Fountain drink machine broken and as long as I had to wait for help it wasn’t worth even attempting to get my $3 medium drink refilled. $45 for 2 adults and a child to eat while freezing I would at least expect the food to be properly made, fresh and hot. I could’ve just gone across the street to the real Mexican restaurant for not much more, had fresh food, been warm and likely done in the same time. The ownership should be ashamed of themselves and corporate should really look at this location. I imagine this location is only still open due to getting tourist passing through not knowing better.

    It’s Taco Bell… unfortunately the tacos are always soggy and sometimes eating utensils are required to eat them.
