People were okay i guess, walked in and place wreaked of mold, the kitchen was an absolute mess and not just some lettuce and cheese on the floor... gunk caked on the floors and yellow preparation boards, didn't even bother ordering

Please, I beseech you, go ANYWHERE else in this town. The service sucks, they don't give you full portions on anything, the food is almost always cold. I have been going to this Taco Bell for almost 20 years and this is the last straw. Every time I come here lately I have to wait at least 45 minutes just to get through the drive through anymore, when I get here the line is 5 cars deep. I've seen cars jump the curb to get out of the drive thru because it's taken so long. The interior's nice since they renovated last year, I hope you enjoy modern minimalist Taco Bell because that's what you're gonna be staring at for the next HOUR while you wait for your food! I could get food from a sit down restaurant faster than the people here serve food, go to Mayflower or Fusion Japan and get some quality food for less wait time! They mess up our order so frequently so even after you've been waiting for an eternity, it's wrong! If you're as unlucky as I am I hope you saved your receipt and every wrapper because they've started asking for proof of missing items. They don't even serve breakfast anymore, and on top of that the employees close whenever they feel like it! If you really want Taco Bell so bad go down to the location in Colorado Springs.

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready by 3:17, but it was 10 minutes late. I had ordered 4 Luxe Boxes, and when I placed my order, I also called to ask that everything be packed into the Luxe Boxes not just thrown together in a big bag because the food was for a business order. When I arrived to pick it up, they handed me one big bag instead. I politely explained that I had asked for the food to be packed in the Luxe Boxes. Another 10 minutes went by, and then they brought me a large box with all the food inside. I asked again if they could just give me 4 Luxe Boxes. They finally did, but I ended up having to stand at the front table and box all the food myself, putting everything into the right boxes. The staff was rude to me throughout the entire experience. Then, when we ate our food, all of it was stale.

I’ve eaten at Taco Bell for over three decades, and I’ve never had a single time that I was given bad food. I walked in at about 6:05 PM on a Tuesday night, I was the only person at the counter, and it took several minutes for me to even be recognized, at which point the person who finally tried to take my order, didn’t know how to work the register. I went to the kiosk and ordered their on my own, and then I had to wait 20 minutes for three items. When I started eating my food, I thought I must have forgotten what I ordered, because all I could taste was maybe some kind of corn chip, lettuce, and guacamole. The tortilla was so hard that it cracked open, and the crunchiness was from that. I’ve never been served a hard, “soft” flour tortilla at Taco Bell. Turns out this was the seven layer burrito that I had ordered, but they were only three ingredients inside. It was disgusting. I thought I would just wrap that up and give it to the dogs later, and I moved onto my second item. Again, the tortilla was both cold and hard, and I couldn’t tell what that item was supposed to be, either. I ate a few bites, all of which were pretty gross, and then I gave up on the second item, too. I think it was supposed to be their chicken enchilada burrito. I thought for sure that they would not be able to screw up the most basic item on the Taco Bell menu: the classic bean burrito. I was wrong. I had two bites of that before I gave up. Another hard “soft shell“ tortilla, cheese that tasted questionable at best. I then thought to myself, “If the lobby was so cold that a very warm blooded person such as myself was uncomfortable (it was about 35° outside, but apparently no heat inside), there were about 10 employees in the kitchen, but only two seemed to actually be working, I had to wait 15 minutes or so for three items when I was the only person in the lobby, and when I finally did receive my food, it was all gross, how much do I trust the safety of this disgusting food?” Needless to say, I decided it was really foolish of me to have eaten as much as I did. I will never go back to that Taco Bell.
