Why is there no one ever working? A GM or something needs to come in a do an overhaul of this place.

Hadn't been here in awhile because of crap food and poor experience and long drive thru wait. Decided to give them another try won't make that mistake again my tacos where crushed and SOMEBODY DECIDED IT WOULD BE VERY CUTE TO SPIT YES SPIT ON 1 OF MY TACOS THAT IS DISTCUSTING!!!!! Honestly this place needs to be shut down next time I want taco bell which is not often I will just drive to the springs. And they do not know how to read when you do a customization to your order or maybe they just don't care.
