Ava Grace greeted everyone with a huge smile and happiness to serve. They also had a new employee (whose name I'm not sure of. ) who informed me that she had just started her first day 15 minutes ago. She was eager to jump in and help in any way she could, with a genuine smile and friendliness as well.

We were promised a refund (then later that changed to a gift card) for the missing third sandwich by a manager, Kayla, with a chip on her shoulder. However, as of this review we still have not received neither a gift card nor our refund. I will remove when our refund is received.
