- RBRenee BrownFeb 16, 20265.0It’s 2/20/26 around 1pm, we just stopped in to eat, and were blown away by the gentleman working so quickly by himself getting everyone served so fast! It was very busy, constant steady lunch time rush. Even though he was so busy, he still greeted every single customer that walked in! He has such a great system down to serve everyone quickly, accurately and was polite as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to get his name, so I’m hoping by listing the date and time, Subway will know who this employee is and give him a raise! Excellent job!

Ava Grace greeted everyone with a huge smile and happiness to serve. They also had a new employee (whose name I'm not sure of. ) who informed me that she had just started her first day 15 minutes ago. She was eager to jump in and help in any way she could, with a genuine smile and friendliness as well.

- CKCraig KSep 9, 20251.0In July 2025, we placed an order via the app to be picked at the woodland park location. However, only two of the three sandwiches were made when we picked them up. We were promised a refund (then later that changed to a gift card) for the missing third sandwich by a manager, Kayla, with a chip on her shoulder. However, as of this review we still have not received neither a gift card nor our refund. I will remove when our refund is received.
