  I just wanted a big Mac, bbq dipping sauce and a drink. Nothing crazy. After a few minutes I asked for my drink cup while I waited, they wouldn't give me one because they didn't give me a receipt. Whatever, maybe I'll get it when my food comes out. I watched a 15 min video, and asked about my food. After a few minutes they said they were making it fresh. Watched a 20 minute video. Asked for my food or a refund. They literally laughed at me. I got the cc charge but no food. What is wrong with the service here?

  If you want to see the future generation of high schoolers try thier very best to interact with normal human folk. Come here and watch the staff bumble around and fail to accomplish anything within a timely fashion. Watching Hodor try to put my full mobile order in a bag has been a real treat.

  Just got off work, was starving, I ordered two sausage McMuffin without the egg and I just got home and there’s no sausage, just egg… I don’t understand why my order is never right, here! So frustrating!

  Couldn't place any order and they only accepted cash, walked in and tried to place and order but when I walked in it the kitchen was filled with nothing but teenagers in their basic clothing throwing things around, cursing at each other, and being rowdy with each other... I attempted to get their attention which took a while and the boy that approached me looked like he was under the influence and when I attempted to place my order he asked me to repeat myself several times (my order was a big mac meal with chicken strips) and when I attempted to pay with card he said "sorry only cash" and then laughed... I understand youth working fast food and having technical problems but this seemed to just be a party and choice of laziness

  Very sick employee. There was this guy that was very very sick that was serving the customers food and coughing all over the place WITHOUT EVEN TRING TO ATTEMPT TO COVER HIS MOUTH. Just coughing out into the air all over everyone. He was sweating and breathing hard and so sick that he was making a scene. It was so gross. He kept stopping and resting and trying to cool himself down which leads us to believe he had a raging fever. He was in the lobby breathing heavily on customers and back behind the food counter serving customers. He should not have been anywhere near the public. What we couldn't figure out is McDonalds so desperate to have employees working that they are willing to risk their customers getting sick. Or did he just need the money so bad that McDonalds was being reckless and let him stay. We ordered our food before we saw him and we wish we would have just left the food and walked out. He was even taking food out to cars outside while breathing all over and touching the same bags before he handed it off to the customer. We tried calling the store to complain but the phone is disconnected. We have elderly parents and small children that live with us and we take care of and can't afford to get them sick. This was so disrespectful to the public and we are so disgusted with this McDonalds for allowing him to be there. We have talked it over and will be steering clear of this McDonalds for a while. We will also be reaching out to corporate and letting them know what happened and exactly who it was.
