I have several times now placed an order for food 15 minutes before leaving work, giving them a 20-minute head start by the time I get there. The last time, I then waited 20 minutes in the restaurant, making it 40 minutes total. Today, I had to leave and come back because my lunch break ended and I had to get back to work. At this point, I recommend placing a mobile order 45 minutes before you plan to pick it up. Do not use the drive thru! The food is delicious, but the wait time is ridiculous.

They over charged me for my 2 subs! $55 dollars for two subs and 30+ minutes for a drive thru is absolutely absurd! This manager needs to get their staff in order. Not ok.
