  After waiting for my food for 17 minutes I went back to the counter to find out where my food was. They verified my name and said it would be just a couple minutes. I was the only customer in the whole place...... Just look as the twice fried, nasty, greasy, disgusting potato cakes I paid for and couldn't eat. I took them back to the counter and couldn't get either employees attention, so I returned to my seat to eat my sandwich. The Arby Q I received looked nothing like the picture. In fact there was only meat on half the sandwich, the other half was BBQ sauce. Extremely skimpy and sloppy. Other customers entered the establishment. While they ordered I quietly waited by my potato cakes that have now been sitting on their counter for 10 minutes. I was ignored and the issue was never acknowledged. The other customer asked what was going on. I explained that I waited 17 minutes for my food, then received these potato cakes and have been trying to get staffs attention to the issue. They agreeded they would not have eaten them either.

  Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to leave. It’s fast food! Not here…

  We all know Arby's isn't a 5 star restaurant but they provided everything I would hope for during a visit. The Sandwiches were exactly as expected, the fries were hot and fresh and the oil didn't taste like everything else fried in it over the past year. I asked for Arby's sauce and got it, everything was correct with my order AND the girl in the drive through was courteous. It was everything I could ask for in a drive through visit! Came through on Sunday Nov 30th around 1pm.

  It's really hit or miss on the food. Sometimes they get your order right, but if they don't they will be rude. Sometimes the beef is weirdly shaved and too thick. Arby's should do better if they're going to keep jacking up prices. This picture is of my dry and desssicated curly fries. Totally reminiscent of the product Beavis and Butthead produced when they French fried worms.

  I ordered steak nuggest/bites the last time I was there, I have to say they were beyond disappointing and honestly a bit gross. I don't eat there often any longer, the roast beef is gross, and if I ever eat there again it won't be beef.
