    Wasted my lunch , Went to get the share meal and they were kinda busy and conveniently they said they were not serving it when I got it just a few days ago and its still available in the app and on the kiosk , personally I think they were busy and didnt want a large order

    I would rather drive to the Granby McDonald’s and never order from this McDonald’s again. They make things off of the menu the way they think they should be not the way every single McDonald’s in America makes it big backs may be missing Mac sauce and even a patty and your cafés won’t have blooded ice just straight ice cubes they will do this instead of telling you that something is broken or missing.

    I really want to support my local McDonald's, but not after what I saw today. I watched a local get a order off the counter, and proceed to take a water bottle to fill up at the counter. A supervisor, or at least a manager was taking a order to another table and told this woman she needed to keep her dog on a leash which she was off the leash, I will give him that. Meanwhile, in the corner there was a man that had his dog sitting next to HIM IN A BOOTH EATING WITH THE DOG AT THE TABLE! The dog was sitting at the table with the owner, eating at a table & not a word was said to him! The people working here are decent most of the time I'm in here, but I was stunned! If you don't like people or don't like the work you do, maybe this job is not for you! I've tried to think that maybe some of the new people hired here in the last couple of months haven't got the menu or need some training, but for a person in that position having that kind of attitude with customers is disappointing. I feel bad for not only the customers but the employees. All I would want to see is this place do better!
