  Last time I came they forgot several items, threw a bag of chips in the bag that spilled everywhere, fries and nuggets were hard as a rock, and didn't let us know they were out of items we ordered to make it right since I paid for them. Then, I came in tonight to pickup a mobile order and they tell me I have to order again on the app, go back around, and there was five cars in line behind me after I arrived. Wouldn't it make more sense to ask me what I ordered, confirm that I paid, and make the order? I'm never coming back to this location. Shouldn't have to go through the drive thru twice for them to get it right every time I visit.

  I don't know why I keep coming back here except that it's really close to where I live. I have never gotten a correct order here. They are constantly out of things, they will leave out half your order and what you do get is wrong. Wrong drinks, wrong/missing sauces (that I paid for), missing food, orders made wrong. If you want to risk it I'd advise you keep your order small and simple or you won't get it all and don't order any of the special sauces because you won't get them.

  Terrible atención, puedes pasar fácilmente más de 10min parado frente a la barra y nadie te preata atención (aún cuando advirtieron tu presencia). Luego te toman/entregan la orden, fon mala actitud. El ban̈o de damas siempre huele a cloaca. El lugar es muy oscuro, siempre parece sucio
