  If I could do a 0 I would worst taco bell ever always Everytime we go it always something I can't tell u how many times we have had to go back or even had a refund last time was tonight the girl with colored hair at register is ride legit handed me 3 drinks at one time got upset that I couldn't grab 3 at once had to put 2 down 1st then our food was thrown in the bag chips not even in the bag dumbed all over tacos weren't even wrapped and then the best part my daughter was eating her 5 layer burrito and had a huge piece of string plastic in her burrito worst place ever absolutely disgusting and so unsanitary and sucks it won't let me post a picture

  Missing items on my order, zero customer service for 15 minutes standing at the front counter, loose items were not restocked, no lids, straws, sporks or forks. Tables were also all dirty and my wife had hair in her nachos

  My Cinnabon delights were taking long and were cold when I got them. I ordered a large drink and didn’t receive it. I asked for it, and the female, old, Hispanic manager (don’t worry, I love all people) came up to my friends to make sure I wasn’t lying and practically sniffed our food. Before that, the manager was heard by me and others cursing at employees. Young employees were working hard, but others were very frustrating to deal with.

  Genuinely terrible. I Order a 10 piece nugget They give me a five piece so I called and they offered to replace it no problem. Come inside one girl is sitting in the lobby, eating a taco while cleaning a surface, manager was incredibly unprofessional and could not care less than a customer was in the lobby giggling the whole time with the employees. Get my 10 piece come back to eat it come to find out half of the 10 piece was bite-size gristle. Decide to not complain again and just choke it down and then go to eat the fries and see they’re quite obviously hours old and snapped in half like a branch. May seem like a minuscule problem for fast food, but considering that fast food is not something that’s easily accessible for everyone anymore when you pay full price or something it had better be as advertised. Insanely disappointed and will not be coming back to this location
