  Placed a big order and three separate chicken Quesaritos were supposed to be included. Every single one of them came with beef instead of chicken. That’s not a small mistake — that’s three items wrong in the same order. I paid for chicken, not beef, and clearly no one bothered to read the ticket. When you mess up multiple items the exact same way, it stops being an accident and starts being careless. Extremely frustrating. Do Better.

  Worst Taco Bell in northern Colorado. They are UNBEARBLY slow and suck at their jobs. Often running out of basic items that should ALWAYS be in stock. They also purposfully make cars wait an unbearable amount of time. Go elsewhere!

  Went in to get a number two, three regular tacos with a drink. The girl at the window with short black hair and glasses took my order. When I got to the window she told me my total and I paid in cash. After a second she gave me a bag and a drink. I asked for my change and she replied “I handed it to you”, which she hadn’t. I’m glad I asked for my change back since this is a common way for people to steal money. Which I think she might have been doing… if I’m being honest. She gave me my change and I left. Since the interaction was so poor I checked the bag and it was not what I ordered. It was a burrito, a hard shell taco and another thing, maybe one of the tacos I wanted. I turned around and brought the food back in because I just wanted the three tacos. When I got in the girl with short black hair who took my order said it was my fault because she said “if your screen is right we’ll get you at the window”. Didn’t argue, I didn’t hear her say that but it’s not impossible. I didn’t really care cause things happen and I just wanted to fix the problem. There was another young lady there that tried to help and explain everything which was nice. An older lady who was also trying to figure out what was happening but still misunderstood what I wanted, though the older woman was also at the window when I was trying to get my change in the drive thru so I'm not sure exactly what was happening. I decided the best bet was to get a refund and just go home. Tacos aren’t worth whatever trouble was happening there. I think the young lady that was trying to help was great but the other young lady with black hair and glasses is absolutely not ok. I think the young lady with black hair and glasses is trying to steal from either people and/or the restaurant. Definitely won’t go back.
