  This is the Taco Bell closest to us and we occasionally choose this as an easy dinner because it’s Taco Bell. Duh. But, as a lifelong Taco Bell fan I have never been so consistently disappointed. We have been ordering from this location for 3+ years and not a single order has been entirely correct. They forget items or send the wrong items. Every single time. After forgetting my son’s food for the 3rd time in a row (yes we have checked that we were charged on the receipt) AND sending the wrong items the last two times. We have decided this Taco Bell isn’t worth the convenience. Drive to the farther location. Save your money. Don’t be disappointed by this location.

  Visited this location this evening and ordered “chips and cheese” with my order. After discovering the chips were not included in the bag they gave me, I waited patiently for them to come back to the window. I let them know I didn’t receive any chips, and the woman/person literally rudely and abruptly shoved a bag into my face at the window. Come to find out, the bag they gave me of the replacement chips literally was ripped and half full. The bag looks like it came out of the trash. Not sure what I did to be treated so badly, I literally apologized for asking for the chips that I had paid for. I am updating this review after finishing the remainder of my meal. This was literally the grossest food I’ve ever ordered from this location. My chicken quesadilla tasted like it sat out for an hour, and it was so cold and hardened that the chicken and cheese had separated from each other. Of course, I was not provided with a receipt, so I cannot call about this experience and get a refund, but this was absolutely disgusting and I won’t be back to this location.

  First issue of the night I was missing a cheese sauce that I payed for, So I went back through the drive through and I had asked if I could get the cheese sauce and I did. Second issue was that when I got home and finally took my food out of the bag and my nachos were wong, my burrito was wrong as well. So I went back to the store a second time showed them my receipt I got my nacho and my burrito fixed, so I thought. Got back home again they hid ground beef, tomatoes and beans under chips and just loaded it with cheese and sour cream and chicken, I wasn’t even able to eat my food because I’m allergic to tomatoes, and beans. It was they were trying to hide the food didn’t ask for, like they didn’t wanna fix it.

  Whoever is franchising this location should probably ask the management why there’s a 80% chance when I go here that they are out of diet Baja blast or other beverage options. There’s no excuse to run out of soda that your brand is essentially known for. Just carry more inventory? Furthermore, when I’m inevitably asked if I’d like to do regular Baja blast instead, it’s so poorly adjusted in the machine that I am basically just drinking carbonated water. Tired of the inconsistency.
