  Soren saved me today! I had screwed up the timing on an online order’s and Soren took the time to listen and help find a solution-regardless of the computer timing! I appreciate you very much! You made some happy kids and a relieved mom!

  Oh Subway, thou sandwich shop of sorrow, Thy glowing sign promised warmth and provolone, Yet when I came, an hour ‘fore tomorrow, Thy doors were locked, thy mercy gone. My online order sat there, trapped— A digital dream of bread and cheese. While inside, workers glanced and tapped, Pretending not to hear my pleas. You closed at nine, but it was eight! A cruel betrayal wrapped in rye. My stomach wept, my hope met fate— A lonely man before cold glass sky. So now I write, a poet scorned, Of tuna melts and trust betrayed. For all the subs I once adored Now taste of heartbreak, poorly made. May your ovens flicker, your toasters sigh, And your pickles always run dry. For locking me out before due time— Subway, your crime’s of sandwich kind.

  Went in today to buy one 6-inch sandwich. Long line, only one kid working the counter and cash register. The “manager” was there too, but not helping in the least. This was during the lunch rush. No meatballs, so ordered a club sandwich, and as I watched, I noticed he put on only turkey and roast beef, but no ham. When I brought it to his attention , he stated that they were out of ham. He was going to try to slip one by without providing what was supposed to be in the sandwich. I don’t know what was going on, but poorly staffed, couldn’t believe the “manager” didn’t step up to help. Very negative experience.

  Came in at 6pm on a Wednesday, they only had wheat and flat bread, no meatballs, 2 of their fountain sodas were out and the ladies room was out of order. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I would definitely go somewhere else.

  Had a veggie sandwich 8/30 for lunch. It was dripping with honey mustard inside and out to the point of being non edible.
