My husband got the free turkey because he wasn’t taking any of her nonsense. Even though she told him he couldn’t have it because he didn’t clip his coupon online. However, my elderly mother didn’t think she spent enough money to earn the turkey but then once she was at the checkout she spent about 150$ and Margarita brow beat her so much that she didn’t claim her turkey. Here’s hoping a house lands on you lady! Shame on you!

I’m told it’s not scanning so they go to find sticker. I hear a clerk say “it’s not for sale” and a manager say “everything is for sale” Some woman comes out, doesn’t identify themselves, so no clue who they were, and they just take the balloon, say it’s not for sale, and walk away. Obviously baby daughter was upset. I offer to pay. “Just tell me an amount I’ll pay it” and am basically brushed off. Asked for managers card and had a random name written on my bag. If it’s not for sale, don’t display it with a bar code and other items for sale. Daughter was very upset and the dismissive nature of the staff made me feel ill just go to King Soopers. More upset with the dismissive handling than it not being for sale. No logic to a balloon that’s just losing air “not being for sale” Illogical. Extremely disappointed. Not sure we’ll shop there again despite being less than 5 minutes from our home.
